- Operated the Kkumium pilot program, an online learning initiative enabling out-of-school learners at the compulsory education level to obtain compulsory education recognition upon completion.
- Managed individual learning cases by designing online learning plans, providing counseling, and tracking progress against recognition criteria for students who had discontinued formal schooling.
- Coordinated the Academic Recognition Assessment Committee held twice yearly, preparing learner portfolios, scheduling meetings, and documenting recognition decisions.
- Organized and facilitated nationwide consultations with metropolitan and provincial education offices to align recognition policies and operational procedures across regions.
- Maintained regular communication with local education officials to monitor program implementation and share best practices for engaging and retaining learners in online study.
