  • Developed the Emotional Competence assessment for K-12 students, covering the full process from construct definition to the finalized item set.
  • Specified the construct’s characteristics and built an assessment framework with defined sub-competencies and components.
  • Authored scenario-based, self-report items reflecting authentic school situations, using stem-with-subitems structures for coherence.
  • Conducted a pilot (pretest), reviewed item quality, and revised items based on evidence prior to finalization.
  • Produced the final scales: 38 items for elementary students and 47 items for middle/high school students.

  • Conducted in-depth qualitative analysis of interview data from young entrepreneurs for a lab research project on youth entrepreneurship.
  • Performed open, axial, and selective coding using MAXQDA; identified core themes related to entrepreneurial mindset, motivation, and challenges.
  • Contributed to the development of a conceptual framework describing key psychological and experiential factors shaping early-stage entrepreneurship.
